* Each full wallpaper order ships with tracking.
* Lampshades over 7.8"D require very gentle and custom packing due to damage susceptibility.

* In our experience, full wallpaper orders shipped to an international destination will take anywhere from one - three months to get delivered. This time is extended even longer during holiday months. Please note we are not responsible for the mail carrier delays or losses.

Returns:
Green Planet prints each wallpaper purchase to order. Due to the custom nature of each product, no returns or exchanges will be processed. We recommend ordering a sample first to familiarize with the wallpaper material and design before committing to a large order.
